I want to delete some old files, i have been told that even after "deleting" they are still there, how can i delete them, and is there a site that cn help me understnd what my registry needs deleted to help my computer, i dont have much of a clue as to what i can delete without hurting my PC, i have downloaded ccleaner but the registry has things they reccomend deleting, can anyone help, with a site that can help me, that can list what all the possible files and stuff mean, i know there is one ut there because i stumbled upon it once but theres no way i can retrace my steps, this was many many months ago

Hi. I have had good luck with PCPitstop for testing. : http://pcpitstop.com/ .They have a paid program which can optimize registry settings etc. for you. There are some free programs which will completely delete files such as " sure delete " by use at your own risk.
