turn your cpu off, and use a baby wipe, dont worry about damaging the screen, the designers thought of that im sure, the rest is at your discretion(how much to wipe, etc.) i know from personal experience

At my office we use "Screen cleaning wipes" it's made by "Fellowes". There a humid wipe and a dry wipe to use afterwards. It's alcool free. It does the job.
