Doing a screen capture is the easiest way. On a Mac, you can do a marque capture (apple-shift-4) and select the image area that you want to capture. If the pdf file is set for high-res or press-ready (the image resolution is greater than 72 dpi), you can open it in Photoshop - PS will prompt you to choose the dpi you need. If the pdf is multi-page, you can then select what page you would like to edit.

Hi, Ur question isnt really clear but if im not mistaken, ur saying that u have a pdf file which contains ur picture.
If this is the case, u open the file. Make the page in which ur pic appear centered on the screen.
Then u press the button (print screen) on ur keyboard.
Afterwards, u open any photo editing program like paint for instance, and paste (Edit > Paste or Ctrl+V).
The program paint is available under accessories if ur using windows OS.
Once the picture is pasted in the program, u will just have to clean it so only the picture appears and not all the screen u have captured.

All you have to do is open the pdf document, click on the button that says 'select' at the top of the page between the little hand and the camera, then click on the pic you want and drag and drop it to your desktop.
