I can recieve email from one of my email accounts but not others?

Question

I'm using Outlook and I have multiple email accounts. I can SEND from all of the email accounts but can not recieve email from several of the accounts. I have built rules to sort the email to the correct folders that are exactly the same as the rules that are on another computer but something is wrong. I'm connecting over a LAN if that makes a difference. Where can I go to get help?

SMTP is okay because I can SEND. Don't need to check hotmail etc. because I can receive from one account.

Recheck your smtp settings for Receive.
Password etc. capital letters/small letters
sometimes one extra dot creates problems.
2. Check whether you can receive the mail
example Yahoo mail / hotmail etc. directly.
