Does copyright law protect a picture from being taken from one politician's website, then altered and reposted by an opposing politician?

If possible, please provide a source that supports your answer or some specifics that will allow me to research the issue.

We currently have AOL 8.0 as a dial up. The computer speed is OKAY.... We want DSl because we hear it's much faster. We have a few questions:

Is it really much faster?

What is the difference between
Maximum Downstream Connection Speed Up to 768K VS 3.0 Mbps?

What is the difference between Maximum Upstream Connection Speed Up to 128K va 768 K?

I guess what I amasking is between the two is it really that much faster?

I have a download that takes about 20 minutes on dial up how long with it take with 728 K? How long would it take with 3.0MPS?

Thanks in advance!

If an old computer has a lot of dust inside, there isn't a good way to clean it out. Most people use canned air to blow the dust away. I'd rather use a vacuum cleaner, but the same people who use canned air insist a vacuum cleaner will cause dangerous ESD. Obviously I don't want to damage the computer. It seems to me though, that either way there is high speed air moving dust around. Why is canned air considered safe but not a vacuum cleaner. Note: In case you haven't figured it out, I mean safe to the computer, not the person.

This is frustrating! It isn't even online, and it takes itself off. The computer can not keep up with my keyboarding. I have to slow down, or the letters will appear after I have typed them, know what I mean?

Otherwise, that is just to much for the poor little computer, it goes offline again, just cause' it can't handle keyboarding.
