Many of my Firefox Bookmarks are gone after disk compression this mornin. How do I retrieve compressed files?

This was done automatically after using the Disk Cleanup option on XP. I am having trouble even locating the file on my computer that might have kept these bookmarks. I already have compressed files showing up in color.. thanks for any help here.

To find the Firefox bookmarks, look in the Mozilla Firefox folder. There should be a file named 'bookmarks.html'.

Open Firefox browser, click on Bookmarks then Manage or Organize bookmarks. (If you have the latest FF browser (v2) it will be Organize bookmarks).

Click on File and Import the html file.
