letters he gets numerals up. Can anyone help please?

No all you smart **** dears, his laptop numeric keypad has nothing to do with it..never seen snything like this. He gets half numbers and half letters. Plonker wrote the question not me!

In control panel, reconfigure the Keyboard

Try pressing ctrl + Z
