I have it in email. But when I try to print or even copy its blank. It has a link connected to it. So it must be a professional picture. But I dont see how to order it either. Now what?

You'll have to be a little more specific. How does it distort the pic? What picture editing software do you have? What does the link do? Does it show the pic on-line, where you can now save it?

Are you using a PC or a mac?

Assuming you're on a PC, you could try renaming the file extension to the file from ".imp" to ".bmp" to convert it to a bitmap.

In Windows Explorer:
Click on Tools/Folder Options/View

In the first section, Files and Folders, you will see an entry called "Hide extensions for known files types" - Make sure this is unticked.

Apply/OK.

From your email, save the file to your hard drive, then navigate to it via Explorer and right click it and "Rename" it from "yournotalones.img" to "yournotalones.bmp." or "yournotalones.jpg." (or whatever yournotalones pic is called).

Double-click on the newly named file.

A lot of graphics packages will let you save a file in a different format.

save the file to your documents and then use a program like adobe photoshop and open the picture, then save as .jpg.
