no way to get on line to cancel this without putting in my bank details ,this keeps coming up on my screen, now it has gone from 4 minutes ,to 9 minutes ,and i can,t unlock it until the time is up.i wasent on that site,but don,t know if my son was ,he deny,s it ,but my broadband was off ,two days after the bill was created help

could be a dodgy bill/site run spyware /antivirus and see if it goes away. what ever you do dont give it your bank details and clear your internet history/temp files/cookies and have a look in add remove programs for any unwanted sneaky installs

I have no idea. Ask your son more severly, he might have accidently acessed a website (any kind) and paid for it. I dont know your son, so I cant say. But you should call someone who knows computers to look at it.

when i click your link it comes up page cant be displayed...probably a bug on your disc...use a virus scan...and disk defragment and cleanup if necessary...if all fails do full restore...
