I can download music,movies,e amil attachment's But if i try to download any kind of new program,software,applications. I get this>>>Create File Failed; code 5 Access Denied How do i fix it ?what it causing it? and ,i have asked 2 questions now 3 do i loose 6 point's lol HELP PLEASE

got this computer 2nd hand .they updated it to xp .but never put a fire wall on or any spy ware.so it got infected and its never been the same.I atempted to put xp on again but now i have got 2 windows xp running on one computer. the new xp is slow and a warning sign saying low space keeps coming up.old xp is fucked and now wont load. but its taking up a lot of space and i cant delete it.?

when i turn on my computer i get a message saying self test check pc and signal cables monitor is working this started up after i restarted my computer my processor constantly runs and the monitor shows that message nothing else happens i plugged in an old tower and things worked fine when i plug my good one back in i still get the same message

I've tried uninstalling and rebooting to let my machine detect the drive again. I've looked at the systems manager and it says there it is working OK. But I can't copy anything to my CDR disc - I just get that message and I get the same message when I click on that drive. How can I get my CD drive to work? I have a Toshiba and am on Windows XP.

my hard-drive crashed a while ago and i lost all my songs on itunes. recently, my ipod is acting all weird and i don't give it too much time until it stops working. I've been browsing the apple site, but i couldn't find anything. So is there any way to save the songs i have on my ipod to my computer?
