The Task Bar some how got to the top of the screen on the lap top. How do you get back down to the bottom?

Running Windows XP on a HP 5000ZV

Right click on the toolbar
Make sure there is no checkmark next to Lock Toolbar
- If there is, click it to make the checkmark go away.
Left click on the toolbar and drag it to the bottom
Once it is at the bottom right click it again
Click on Lock Toolbar so there is a checkmark next to it

just click on it with your mosue button and drag it to the bottom again
