Help please!!! Why am i getting this>Create File Failed; code 5 Access Denied?

Question

I can download music,movies,e amil attachment's But if i try to download any kind of new program,software,applications. I get this>>>Create File Failed; code 5 Access Denied How do i fix it ?what it causing it? and ,i have asked 2 questions now 3 do i loose 6 point's lol HELP PLEASE

Yes it is my pc i am the administrator.

Are you an administrator on the computer? If you do not have rights in install programs (meaning you are not an administrator) that is one of the kinds of errors you would get.

Fix it by using an administrator account

Caused by not being admin

So, that's all three questions so I should get 6 points too (LOL)
