I think that you would want to show a little interest in quality. Here's why:
- You might want a promotion
- You might want better job security
- You might want your company to get better, so their customers are happy. That would give you better job security.
- You might want your company to grow and get richer... that means they might spare a dime for your next raise.
But if this does not work out so well, you will be better qualified for your NEXT JOB. Good luck
