buy a good firewall such as zone alarm or norton, and inform the police or your ISP that someone could be hacking you, could change your IP range (address).

Well you could always compose your e-mails offline in something like Microsoft word, and just send the the pre-composed documents while connected to the Internet. No matter how good she is, there's no monitoring you if you're not physically connected to the Internet.
Actually, I'd take the computer to another pro, have them confirm it's free of any trojan horses/remote access/monitoring software, then just run it behind a good firewall. If you're still worried, sell it and buy another one.
And remember, a computer's attention span is only as long as the power cord!

First of all you need a good firewall, I recommend ZoneAlarm, Norton, Kaspersky Anti-Hacker is very good. Also make sure you download all the security patches and updates from microsoft to strenghten your current security flaws.I also advise you to disable or disconnect your internet connection when you're not online, that way she can't hack you.

If there's a hacking technique going on on your laptop then use job supervisor to view the technique. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and click on the methods tab. look for any non gadget, community or community technique. Do a Google seek on the technique call to ascertain what it does.

Play her at her own game. Install a 'ghosting drive' onto her p.c. That's how they hijack your info. Then install a loop onto the 'ghost' which you can set-up so that every key she taps a phrase like 'sad *****' comes up. Then if you really want to hit her send the other end of the loop to your local nicks p.c., sit back& laff ur **** off as they have her away for hacking them!

Firewall. Get a really, really good firewall. ZoneAlarm is a great free firewall, but you might need to pay depending on how good she is.
An alternative is to just disconnect your computer from any networks (Internet, etc). But that'll be incredibly inconvenient.
