budget range 800-1000 dollars
requirements:
1. hardisk - 80gb
2. processor - needs to dual core 1.60 GHz or equivalent
3. RAM - 1 Gb
4. Graphics card - at least 128 Mb or equivalent or more
5. wireless capable
6. USB port 2.0 or higher
7.decent size display and good display quality
8. battery life - at least 3.0 hours (in full functioning mode)
9 lighter one is prefered in terms of weight
10. good musical abilities will be prefered.
11. any other suggestion for good features will be appreciated

I have owned an HP Pavilion dv4000 laptop for about a year now, and for some reason, the right and left clicks choose to not work. The mouse pad works fine (for now..) and I've tried using those products that blow little particles out of the keyboard, but that doesnt seem to be the problem either. Any suggestions would be VERY helpful.

I went to their website twice and completed cancellation procedures to no avail. Is there a mechanism to compllain to Yahoo or FCC about these sleazebags?

It's a Parkard Bell ixtreme running XP.
When I click shut-down it always does a restart.
How do I stop it restarting?

(I'm getting a laptop and was curious about some of the things i saw)

1) A Intel Centrino Duo T2050 and a Intel Centrino Duo T4000
2)32KB L1, 2MB L2 cashe and L1 32KB/32KB, L2 2MB (is it different or worded that way to freak me out!)
3)XGA and WXGA TFT screen type
4) 533MHz system bus and 667MHz FSB system bus?

btw the laptop's are Toshiba satellite A100 OFH vs A100 SK8.

I see the core and duo processors out in the markets but i fail to understand the difference between them. Is a 1.83 intel core duo processor more faster than a 1.83 intel solo processor?

what other benifits are there to having a duo verses a solo and what are the disavantages? is it really worth getting a duo?

I have a notebook computer that has nothing on it but VGA out, in terms of video out capabilities (not even S-Video). I also don't know any of the capabilities of the graphics card, and so I don't know whether or not it can output a 'TV signal'. I note my computer working too slow days ago. for the first time I think in virus or software problem. So I tried with pandasoftware antivirus 2006 updated and the program dont found any virus or other problem. So, I decided to format my hard disk and i made new particions and reinstalled the Softaware Windows XP Tablet PC edition ( I have a tablet PC Gateway M275) and the instalation works great. But when i shuted down my computer and tried to restart appears a leyend : Disk failure or memory cant be readed and Windows Xp cant restart. I dont know how can I know if the problem could be the memory ram or the main hard disk drive? What Can I do?
