Some of these "toolbars" carry a lot of spy-ware with them and they are hard to remove. If you can un-install with the control panel, make sure that you run Spy-bot Search and Destroy or a similar spy-ware remover. Ad-Aware should also be run, as well as your Anti-virus program. Do a defrag after all of the toolbar is removed from your computer. You may want to run the same programs in "safe mode" just to be sure that all the nasty stuff is removed.

You go to your control panel, then click on add remove programs. There you should be able to find the toolbar if you want to remove it completely from your system.

Go to start menu.click control panel.select add or remove programs.Now locate what you want to remove and press change/remove.now wait untill it performs the action.

If it is Yahoo, if you click on the pencil up by the big red Y, the bottom of the menu has "uninstall" button.
