the one i have is a toshiba satellite... and it meets or exceeds all of those requirements. i got it on sale at circuit city for like, $1029.. and that was after the four-year extended warranty... with no interest until 2008.. try looking there.

Fujitsu makes some small, light, and powerful machines of good quality.
There is a Fujitsu store on ebay where you can possibly win by auction much cheaper than retail price.
