i have just got a agp card and in the bios there are two settings for primary display device 1)agp on-board and 2)pci is it the agp onboard i use ,as it seems a bit confusing when its called agp-onboard
any ideas

i have problems writing cd/dvd in my nero express 5.5?
can any one help me out here my windows xp has nero express 5.5 burning system n when i try to burn a cd it shows that it is burning it says burning successful but when i open to view its contents it is empty..
what could be wrong?

I am trying to backup my files in a more orderly fashion. RIght now everything is on zip disks... I have over 20 gigs of files of pics, graphics, websites and misc stuff...

I never had much luck with CDRW's they tend to get currupt with time. I am also not much for a 2nd harddrive because that can crash as well..

Anyone with any other alternatives???

Is it difficult to install a DVD burner into an HP tower? I have installed more RAM with no problem. Is this something I can handle on my own, or should I pay the $40 to have it installed?

i have a sis 730 motherboard with onboard graphics,now in the bios you have a option to set the shared memory,and it goes up to 64mb
does that mean i can have 64mb graphics,cause i know the onboard graphics have agp acceleration,were as my radeon 9250 pci-bus graphic card(128mb)has not
so is it worth me using the onboard graphics over the radeon 9250,as i will loose 64mb but gain agp acceleration
the board has a agp slot(x2,x4 compatible),but i havent got a agp card yet,so that will be my next upgrade
any ideas

1) i have just downloaded the sis 900 l.a.n driver for my motherboard and what i need to know is it safe to install this driver ,as i have my ethernet cable in the motherboards ethernet socket and the internet is working ok,but i wondered if i install the driver i may get a better connection.....should i install it
