Which one is better for quality and price?

I think you mean the 7900 not the 790. But for the price i would get the 7900 because the 7950 is VERY expensive and in comparison it is not really worth the excess money.

i suppose you mean 7900 not 790 ok... 7900 is 500mhz more faster than the 7950 gx2 but the 7950 gx2 holds two gpu in one... containing 1gb of graphic memory... the 7900gtx has one gpu with 512mb but the 7950 is way more expensive like around 600-700 bucks i think (last time i checked) the 7900gtx is at 1.6ghz and the 7950 gx2 is at 1.06 ghz so thats the differnece in speed but if i were you and u want the best it would be the 7950gx2 because you can put it into sli and hold 2gb of graphic memory ... and plus the more memory the better it is....

7900 GTX 512mb
7900 GX2

but i would get the 7900 GTX 512mb
nice and powerful
the 7950 and 7900 GX2s are a waste of money right now

anytime you ask a question with the word "better" in it, you will get mixed opinions, and all of them right to a degree or within context.
You need to decide which is best for what you need it to do.
Then see if it's in your price range.
