Try burning at a slower speed.
Your writing laser may be dying or dead.
Your media might also be "too fast" for a 24X burn (slow by today's standards)
The media might also be "too slow" and writing at a slower speed may also solve that issue.
Not all media is actually the speed the are advertised at.
Also try not doing anything else (close all apps) while burning.

And your disk are not so good and dont suport this
1. before burning modify manual the spped at less than 24x(or less than maximum)
Right click on the selected disk>proprierties>burn and modify the value in write speed box

Try 4x instead of 24x. Also you can try a new CD-RW, sometimes when it's low quality it will not work.
