picture cams?

I would like info on how the pic cams work where you can
see another person from your pc. What all do I need to do
to get connected? Is there a fee for having this?

1. They're called web cams.
2. Once you buy the camera (should be cheap) there's no fee to use it.
3. Once you get the web cam, you'll just special software to use it. Most chatting software has video conferencing built in. Netmeeting is also good, except it a little harder to connect to someone because you need their IP address and most people's IP address is different every time they log on.
