i do have a sys with the followin config
pentiun D 3.4ghz
intel d102 mobo (ati radeon 200 xpress inbuilt)
512mb ddr2
250 gb hdd

i've planned to get a gfx card for myself .. of course i ve pci express slot... can you suggest me a cool gfx card which i can get within 4k .. may be 256mb mem is enof i guess

Its an external hard drive with 320Gb storage, and I plan to fill it with around 200Gb+ worth of data. If the hard drive goes through the xray machine will it corrupt the data inside the hard drive?

alright i need the driver for a adaptec game bridge 1400/1500. its a usb to s videoo red yellow and white rca ( i think ) outputs i had the cd but its gone : ( 360 on a lcd 15.4 wide screen ultra bright high def thanks to dell i cant wait please help

This is a somewhat difficult situation, but to make it simple, during a reformat, my computer lost all drivers, i've fixed everything but the ethernet card. It keeps saying a network cable is unplugged, and this isn't possible.......if someone could tell me how to check for a bad ethernet card or how to tell what drivers i need exactly, i'd appreciate it.....

How exactly do external hardrives work? I mean I know you connect them with USB cables and stuff, but can you really copy everything you have on your internal hardrive and put it on the external? After that how do you access the stuff on the external hardrive? Can you buy a new internal hardrive and put the stuff from the external on it?

i have an asrock motherboard (k8upgrade-vm800/asr) with which i am using the onboard graphics card at present. however, i have just bought a geforce agp8x 256mb graphics card and would like to install it. i have never had experience of doing such things. do i need to go into my bios and disable the onboard graphics before installing? or indeed, is it merely a case of just popping the card in, installing the drivers and away we go? if anyone could guide me through this, i would be most grateful...... laymans terms though please!! thank you

I have an HP laptop, and this weekend, I am going to be the DJ at an ice hockey tournment. I have no idea what this rink is like, but I know that some how they can play music. It might be through a stereo, it might not. I might just have to put my speakers next to the mic. What are some cords I should have with me to hook up to a stereo? Or, well, you know what I am asking, tell me what to do, please. I'm clueless, but I am the only person with so much music.

~intel p4 1.6
~intel 850GB mobo with 4 ram slots.
~128mb (64x2 pc800 rd ram) on 1st bay(2 slots) and the new 512mb (256x2 pc700 rd ram) on the 2nd bay(2 slots)
~things used to be much faster when i was using only the 128mb pc800.
~Is the pc700 decrcreasing the performance? is there anyway i can overcloack it to make it faster?

I am looking to buy other half a DVD writer for Xmas. I have seen the Pioneer DVR-110D 16x internal DVD Writer which looks pretty good but was wondering if anyone had an experiance of using this drive or any other Pioneer items? It there a better DVD write out there or shall I go with this one?

I just tried to hook up a GPX model MW3836 MP3 player to my Dell computer but the usb cable doesn't fit any of the places you plug in to(sorry about all the technical computer jargon). What can I do? Do I get another cable? Is there an adapter? Whaaaaaaat? I don't know anything about this crap but I really wanna' get this thing going so help me out computer savy people.

I don't think it does

so if I say, buy an ipod now, which has USB 2.0, will it not be compatable?
