music is downloaded on one computer and I need to move it to another computer. Is there any way I can use a USB port to do this? If so how?

Alright, so the computer I want to buy to play Phantasy Star Universe has a Integrated nVIDIA® GeForce™ 6150LE. Though, First off, is said graphics card good enough, with a 2.2 ghz processor, and about 1000+ MB DDR2 memory. And if not, can you suggest any that will allow me to run it in high detail?

It's an nVidia GeForce 6800 256MB GT (Gainward).

It has a dual fan system, but it seems that one of the fans is making a horrible noise, as if it's scraping on something as it spins. I've tried cleaning out all the dust and making sure nothing is touching the fan that shouldn't be, and I've tightened up slightly loose screws but still no luck.

Sometimes it doesn't make a noise at all, but I've looked at it whilst it's been running and the left fan looks a little bit loose as it spins. Sometimes when it's making a noise at full speed I hear metallic noises, as if it's maybe hitting the copper case?

Any thoughts are appreciated, it seems to have calmed down a bit atm but it's still making the noise every now and then.

Hi, I have an 80GB Seagate hard disk that I have bought at most two years ago and I bought a hard disk enclosure as well. Just about two months ago, it started acting up - it wasn't being recognised by my comp. I have a new laptop now and it still doesn't work like it's supposed to. My comp recognizes it as a USB Mass Storage Device but the hard drive doesn't appear. When I try to access Device Manager my comp freezes and when I unplug the device from the usb port, my comp goes back to normal.

I have searched the web for numerous forums that may give me an idea as to how I can solve this problem. This motivated me to buy a new hard drive enclosure. However, doing this did not solve my problem.

Now, when I plug the hard disk enclosure, my comp reads the enclosure but when it starts to install the hard disk, I get a blue screen with a "physical memory dump error". I don't know what to do know. I have important data in my hard drive that's why I want to recover it.

Help please?

Hi there, I have a desktop 2.8Ghz P4, 1Gb RAM running WinXP pro SP2. I was working on my pc yesterday, shut it down fine - when I booted this morning it did not recognise ANY usb ports! Luckily I had ps2 converters so I changed my usb keyboard and mouse to PS2, and they worked fine - but all other peripherals are dead. My PC has a ton of usb ports...

I have 4 at the front of my case via a PCI card attachment.
4 connecting directly to motherboard at the back.

None of these work...can anyone offer advice?

Before you all say it, I have gone and checked device manager, and there are no yellow exclamation marks. I am contemplating deleting all the usb devices from there and letting windows refind them on reboot? Any better ideas?

I am concerned it is a motherboard problem...because why would all the USB ports just suddenly stop functioning? It's a bit bizarre. I recently reinstalled WinXP SP2 about 6 months ago.

Everything else is up to date on my computer. Problem is with the intel Graphic card it has now. I only have a PCI slot nothing else. So my choices are limited. I need the graphic card to play some games that I cannot do right now. If I knew the Intel card was like this I would have updated it when I got the Computer. Any help, comments and pointers as to what to get that will work with my system, with out having to buy a new one, would be very useful. I do not have AGP or PCI-express. So you see the problem here. Thanks.
