I have an old motherboard that accepts DIMM - 168 pin SDRAM, but no DIMM sockets.

No you cant, Just Contact your System Admin. If you can get that one but your board wont support that one.

Your description makes no sense. If your motherboard has no DIMM sockets, how would it accept DIMMs?
