It would NOT be good for BF2142, it MIGHT be OKAY for older games. But you're kidding yourself if you think you can do ANY serious gaming on it.

And the same answer goes for all of your other questions but I'm not going to tackle them each individually as the SAME ANSWER applies.

Intel isnt a good gaming processor i believe. You should get AMD. Battlefield 2142 can run easily on my comp.

I have a Intel Pentium 4. Nvidia geforce 6800 1 gig of ram.

Acutally 2142 loads faster than BF2. the game runs way smoother.
