Right click the MY COMPUTER icon...click properties...click the Advanced tab...click the settings button under performance...click the advanced tab...click the Change button...make the initial size 600 and the max size 3000 and click the Set button....if you forget to click the set button it will not change anything and you have to do it again! now click the ok button and that screen will go away. click ok again to make the other screens go away as well. thats all!

Buy more RAM.

Windows only needs more virutal memory when the physical memory has run out of room.
Do yourself a favor and upgrade your RAM to something at 512MB or higher (if your PC can support it).

The more virutal memory needed the more hard drive space is used and the slower your programs will run because the data they need to run is now on the hard drive instead of the RAM. Moving data back and forth slows down the PC.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: www.pchealthboost.me

Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
