My pc has no sound card....where can I get a good one thats easy to install for cheap in Australia thanks

any large retail store like a department store that sells any kind of computer stuff should have some in stock. I know in the states a LOT of people use an online store called Newegg.com. I don't know if it delivers there but they have pretty decent prices if they do. All sound cards are easy to install as they are all installed the same way and come with instructions on how to do it. I would personally look for on from Creative Labs called the X-Fi Xtreme music. It may not be the cheapest but it's come down a LOT in price and it's really versitile (gaming, music, music editing and such) and has some of the best sound and features possible. I can almost guarantee you that it will have better prices online than in a store.

If you need a sound card which is easy to install it is better to purchase an external sound card which can be connected thought the USB interface. If you are a bit techie....Then you can try purchasing an internal sound card which should be inserted inside the Box.

any store that sells electronics or computer equipment will have one. unfortunately, i don't know what stores australia has... but.. i will list some places in the u.s.. and if you have them there.. then check. also, look online, you are bound to find competitive pricing there.
okay.. in the states you'll find one at:
comp usa
best buy
possibly radio shack
walmart
possibly office depot, office max, or staples
but like i said, any computer or electronics store should carry it.
