They are all excellent brands. Pick one that seems to be the right mix of performance and price. BFG makes excellent cards but you're going to pay the price. I have an EVGA and it's been perfect. Check out reviews on newegg.com and about a zillion other hardware review sites.

I have owned both BFG and eVGA they are both great. I don't know about the build quality of an XFX but I have never heard anything to suggest they aren't also a quality distributor.
The important thing to consider when buying your card is what you are getting for that money, the hardware is what you are buying and you shouldn't pay more for one just to have it from a different brand.

BFG HAVE A REPUTATION TO OVERCLOCK , BUT NOT GO CRAZY -- THEY ARE VERY STABLE AND HAVE THE BEST WARRANTY IN THE INDUSTRY.
MOST "CLAIM" A LIFETIME WARRANTY, BUT FOR INSTANCE eVGA, AND PNY'S LIFETIME WARRANTY IS THE LIFE OF THE CARD -- MEANING AS LONG AS THE CARD IS READILY IN THE MARKET (ON THE SHELVES) -- BFG's WARRANTY IS FOR LIFE...AS, AND IS TRANSFERRABLE (IF YOU GIVE THE CARD TO A FRIEND OR SELL IT) THE WARRANTY IS STILL COVERED.
CANT TOP THAT
eVGA AND XFX HAVE THE SUPERCLOCK, AND uBERCLOCK VERSIONS, BUT IF YOU HAVE A GOOF COOLING SYSTEM, YOU CAN DO THE SAME VIA nVIDIA's CONTROL PANEL.

evga is the best by far. for a few extra $ you can get a factory overclocked card. but bfg and xfx are still good.

Neither ones of the three listed. Some will have more softwares included in the package but most of them are trial version, older version or just software that you're already have. They all use the same graphic chips from Nvidia or ATI. I know that BFG tend to overclock the chip to get more performance but that's not hard to do.
