I have a laptop computer I want to play an online game on. Can I play the game directly off a USB drive without having to install it? Or does it need to be installed onto the computer?

This is really Dependant on the game, I have played games of USB pen Drives, but they are DOWNLOADED Executables.
Most games installers recognise that your Pen Drive is a Removable drive and Prevent you installing it on that drive.
You can download a game installer and stick on your pen drive, then install the Game off the pen drive.
Some online games will not play off any disk at all

second install it into your USB. after that you can play on your USB. In some game it can be played in other computer. But some are not.

if you want to play an onile game you can olnley play it online but you can download it if it has a downloadable version. to do this click download then save and save it to your flash drive then on your laptop download it from the file you saved on your flash drive
