TCP ALL FILTERED No response packet was received.
UDP ALL FILTERED No response packet was received.

That's about as safe as you can get. If you want to be 100% sure, don't go on line.

That depends. If it's a wireless router, you would need to encrypt your connection. If it's wired, I'm pretty sure you'd know if Joe Computeruser walked into your house to plug in his PC.
