I've recently added an Nvidia Geforce 7600 GT to my pc, which I think is gd enough for my motherboard. Yet, sometimes, my computer still chugs and lags when I set the games' graphics setting to the highest. Is it the matter of low RAM memory or low frame rate of processor?

I have a VGA (next to a DVI) slot on my PC for monitor input, and a VGA slot called 'PC input' on my LCD TV.

When I connect both with a VGA cable and select 'PC input' on my TV, it says no signal, any idea why this doesn't work? Thanks

She's left me a message on ansaphone saying she presses the button for the pc to start.. and it powers up.. and looks like it will boot up.. but doesn't, and screen remains dark - it doesn't go to the XP welcome/account screen.

(Hmm its just occured to me I best check the cable monitor hasn't come out of back of pc or monitor itself)

Any suggestions really welcome so I can go prepared with some things to try ? Thanks. :)

Are gaming RAMs (Kingston HyperX series and Corsair XMS series) usually meant for overclocking? Because I don't want to overclock since I don't know how and I heard it hurts you RAM. And are the specs they give (ex: 2-3-3-6) overclocked specs. I heard that you maually had to set the timing in the BIOS screens, thus making it the overclocked specs. Which of the following RAM do you reccomend?

I've heard of some computer technicians saying that we must make sure that the memory of the RAM has to be 2 times the memory of GPU. Is this true? Recently, I always encounter a problem. While I was playing game, the pc suddenly shuts down. This problem has been repeating for many times. For ur info, my RAM is 768MB and my graphics card is 512MB. Is there a certain ratio between RAM and GPU memory to have peak performance?

I have a Nokia 6020 and an unofficial (I think) CA-42 data cable bought off ebay. It continues to pop-up with:

'USB Device Not Recognised
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it.'

I've tried downloading the software from the nokia website and from the disk that came with the cable, uninstalling the other version before installing the alternative, several times, blowing in the USB port and everything, turning the PC on and off - really, everything I can think of and that I've read I think I've tried.

I don't want to shell out £30 for another official cable from Nokia to find that the same problems occur with that one.

Anyone out there who can help??????? Pleeeeeeeeeease?
