I am looking to purchase one of these, and the price is ridiculously different. I am loading it up with 4GB of Ram, and need to know if there is a difference between the 2.

The Cenatek is actually $3,000, and the Gigabyte is $653.00

They are both RAM disks.

Cenatek Rocket Drive appears to be older technology, using PC133 sdram and the contraption plugs into the PCI slot.

I-RAM is newer technology using PC3200 ddr-sdram and the contraption uses the SATA port. I presume this one would be faster and more expensive.
