*start right click my computer properties

You can Right Click my Computer on your desktop. choose Properties. Here you will get some Informations about your Computer like Processor Type , Speed, Memory size, Operating System.
Choose Device Manager Tab. Here you will see informations about the Hardwares installed in your Computer.

If you want to have some More Details specification about the Hardwares and some benchmarking you can use the best third Party Software Sisoft Sandra Sisoft Software.

Start-Programs-Accessories-System Tools-System Information
