You may be referring to the dual core Pentiums running at 2.8Ghz.
PD820 is now very cheap but PD920 is better. Both are pretty HOT processors. The Conroes and Allendales are the best because they perform better and consume less electricity.

I assume it will be on an 800mhz bus, its two 2.8 ghz processors and is the average for a PC now.

5.6 would burn the processor.There is no 5.6ghz of cpu.
Try core2duo e6300 or higher.

5600 cycles per second - could be better!
