I was thinking about MacBook,Sony Vaio, or Dell inspiron.I'm getting rid of my stationary PC so I will have to make up my mind soon. To be honest I mostly use the pc for web surfing, bit of web designing ,dvd's, making music (not professional) , and some gaming. So I know that all that stuff like dvd's, music etc can do on all of them , but what about gaming?? Im not spending much time playing, but once a while I like to spend few hours gaming. So my question is what would you recommend within my budget (maybe som other brands) and where best to buy it .And alsow what do you think about buying laptop in USA , and sending it to Uk ( web site based shop like apple or ebay.com) thanks for any suggestions

Came up when I Switched from a game to mozzilla. I have recently installed a video card (better than old one) and i increased the paging file size to 1500 - 3000. ( It was originally like 1000 region)

I have updated my drivers and my ram has been good.
I tried to use memram but i dont know how to ( sucks).
Also I looked at the driver signing of my video card and it is all up to date.
What is wrong here?

If I add two drives to my system, and I am converting the SATA connector to IDE, then how do I connect the two ? There will be one IDE connector on the backside of the adaptor, the ribbon cable will have a grey, blue and black connector. Do I connect the two drives (both are not intended to be bootable) to the black and blue ? Is the adaptor supposed to handle multiple drives ?

This Dell Automatic Update [or something of another] came into view after I was finish playing Postal 2: Share The Pain-Special Multiplayer Edition telling me that I have no current screensaver choosen just yet. It told me that without a screensavor my privacy might be seen by others who I would otherwise unauthorize the material to be in plain view with.

Well, no sh1t I already f^cking knew this *****, but the Dell Automatic Update also stated that the computer screen is more vulnerable to damage without a screensaver. How is this true and possible?

Hi,
I posted (asked) some time ago about by PC config. Now, I have the following config:
Motherboard: Asus P5B
RAM: 1GB DDR2 667
Processor: Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz
HDD: 160GB SATA 7200
Keyboard & Mouse: Logitech Optic
Monitor: LG LCD 17"
Modem: Internal 56kbps
Card Reader: Internal
Printer: HP F380
TV Tuner: PixelView TV Pro (internal)

Now the main part:Out of these, which one can you recommend (and the price):
1. ASUS EN7800GTx 256MB PCI Express Graphic Card (NVIDIA)
2. ASUS EN7600GS SILENT/HTD GeForce™ 7600GS, (512 MB) PCI Express Graphic Card (NVIDIA)
or if you have another choice.

Is 7800GTx (with 256MB) better than 7600GS (512 MB), whats the difference, working, and price.....?
