Its for an E machines T2615, the mother board is L7VMM2 and the video is a S3 Graphics Pro Savage 8 DDR (built into main board) I can only use 32 megs of shared memory and I need more. I have one gig of ram.

You need to goto the eMachines web site, or the motherboard manufacturer and get the bios update.

Most bios updates today are EXE files that run, reboot your computer, and the update the bios automatically.

My guess is that this is a really really old computer (5+ years) which means you are going to find it hard to find a bios upgrade.

Do a web search for bios upgrades.

It is not recommended to update your bios. One mistake and your computer will not function properly. Best way is to know the model of your motherboard then search the official website then find the support page and read carefully on how to update your bios.

Upgrading your BIOS doesn't change your hardware. But you can get the latest version of the BIOS from the eMachines website.
