My video card is integrated into my computers main board. The video circuit is an S3 pro savage 8. my AGP is set at 64megs but it can go upto 256.

It may help some games run a bit more smoothly at higher resolutions but for day to day desktop work, this will not speed things up....

You need to look at adding RAM or upgrading the system to get real speed increases... Other ways to speed things up a bit would be to defragment your hard drive....

I would max out the system memory first. Them reset the memory for the AGP to 256. But You should look at a new video card if you have an AGP slot in the pc. Onboards have never been the best and using shared memory ties up the system bus.
