first off, it can't connect to the internet while the rest of the computers on my network can. but further than that, I paid for a domain name through yahoo so i have my own website.com. but i ran out of money and i couldn't pay yahoo to host for me anymore. but the website.com is still mine right? I want my new 03 server to host this. I've tried to set up a domain on my server by using the domain wizard. now when my server boots up, i log in to that said domain. but i'm still confused. i made the domain of my server the same name as the domain I paid for, but nothing is happening. I know my biggest problem is to get internet access to my server, but i'm afraid that even if i do, it won't work the way i want it to. I'm currently downloading a few ebooks on 03 server. I don't know how much help they will be because they might be too complicated for me to understand. I'm no dummy, you can be technical in your answers. I just don't have much experience with servers

My mother has an Acer Aspire desktop that comes with an installed internal wireless network adapter. Im not sure if you call it "integrated", cause it's kinda wrapped around the modem on the pci card. I had no idea it was even there, I just found out yesterday. Anyways, it is a SpeedCom+ HPI56M3 (REN: 1.5 B), and it has no antenna, nothing sticking out externally, its just a sort of "box" right behind the dial-up plug. Is anyone familiar with, or use this adapter? Is it worth a crap? I guess I just need to know if it'll work with a wireless cable router about 40 - 50 feet away. thanks.....

Hello,
How would I go about disabling the 2nd PCs Internet in XP? I've got two PCs networked and occasionally I'd like to make a voip call using all my bandwidth. It is as simple as disabling the Internet connection sharing?
Thanks,
Brian

This is NOT a typical server not found problem!

I have 2 dedicated servers, they both work fine. On one server I have 200 accounts. Now occasionally 100 or so of these accounts I cannot access via the web. I can still access the other 100 and these are all on identical IP's. The 100 websites I cannot access are still there because I can still view them going via a proxy so I am being blocked somewhere. Now on that same server I can still always see 100 of those accounts. It appears its only the newer accounts that occasionally give me the "server not found error"

As I said I have 200 websites (accounts) and 100 (the new ones) occasionally report back "server not found" when I try to view them via the www. They are definetly still there as they can be viewed via a proxy. After a while (usually a few hours) I can then view them again as normal.

Question is why is it doing this? When they are down I cannot work on them.

Just to add my mail server is blocked also.

Hello.

I have domains set with Cisco Firewall and Plesk, when I ping one of the domains it resolves to IP 10.0.0.1

I do not know if this is a temporary issue while DNSs update worldwide or it means the server is set incorrectly?
