Well I would assume you mean no hub or switch.
Only other way to do it is if one of the pc's have 2 network interfaces, you could then have 3 connected you would have to however enable forwarding from one interface to the other for all 3 to communicate.

Use a wireless router and adapters. I have a computer upstairs with a cable internet and a wireless router. In my basement is a second computer with a little 3" adapter that I plug in a usb port, and I'm on the internet- no wires! You can also set it up so you can send something to the printer of the other computer, but I personally have no need to do that. Modern technology amazes me!

In Peer to confirm networking, you'll get all of your pcs to connect to the internet via specifying a gateway address (this tells your different 2 pcs that could't connect with the internet that they ought to flow by skill of the "internet appropriate" pc to be ready to get on-line). the computer that could connect with the internet will act because the gateway. That pc's IP address is the gateway address for the different 2 pcs to get to the internet. you should use the ipconfig command to confirm the "internet appropriate" pc's ip address. That address should be the gateway. Telling the different 2 pcs that could't connect with the internet the gateway address is an argument of going into the residing house windows administration panel(on both machines) and twiddling with the networking settings. each and each version of residing house windows does it slightly otherwise.
