Hello,
How would I go about disabling the 2nd PCs Internet in XP? I've got two PCs networked and occasionally I'd like to make a voip call using all my bandwidth. It is as simple as disabling the Internet connection sharing?
Thanks,
Brian

You'd have to configure that with the router settings. Log into your router settings, and looks for “filter.” Simply then put in the IP address of the computer you want to block from the internet. I have a Linksys router, and that's how I do it; don’t know what router your using, but I'm sure it's the same method.

If you are not using the second PC, it will not take any of your bandwidth. You can, tho, go to Control Panel, and click Network Connections.
Then right click your connection and click disable.

Yes or shutting down the other computer.
