Not for 25 bucks a month! State your problem! It may not be a matter of your internet speed if you are havin problems! You want faster, your gonna pay more! Get cable! Like noentry said, t1 t2 and t3! T1 will only cost you 2 grand a month for the basic!

Faster, yes, but not around the same price, unless you go with Comcast cable's triple play option which charges $33 each for cable, modem, and phone (but only for the first year and then the price goes up). If you are getting reasonably fast access for $25 a month, I'd say keep it - some people are still paying that for dial-up. If you download a lot or want to watch streaming video, call up Verizon and tell them you want to upgrade your bandwidth - in some areas they have scaled pricing (moe money for faster speeds) or switch to cable modem. If you have FiOS in your area, you could use that as well, but it is definitely more expensive. I think Verizon is one of the early adopters for rolling out FiOS. You could also go with satellite (like DirecWay), but again - more expensive, and limited to areas with visibility to the southern sky.

I have Comcast and its roughly $45 a month. The speed, however, is indefinable compard to DSL. Mine peaks at about 30Mbps.

I use AT&T DSL. It is $24.99. It is faster than my parents low grade cable modem and is the same price as theirs.
