I tried loads of things, but they always say that program cant find it and stuff, do you have any advice, what do I do with that problem?

I've never really figured it out and I've been drawing pictures on paint ever since. Does it make painting on the program easier or what? How do I use it? I'm not familliar with it at all.

I wanna buy a new computer that'll be connected to a modem -(which is connected to my present computer) through a router. But I want to know if the following computers can connect to a N router? I don't really understand what requirements computers need to make them N router capable.

I have to write a Pascal Program in Delphi 7 for part of a project for a module, but have no idea how to do it. It is group work but the guy in our group who was writing the program has left, so none of us know how to write the program.

here is part of the brief

You are to design, write and implement a program to be used as a simple student database. The following information needs to be stored for each student:

• The student’s first name
• The student’s surname
• The name of the student’s course
• The student’s average mark.


We still have the code from the last project, and were told it is similar if that helps.

Please let me know if you can help us, as it is in for Friday lunchtime.

As the deadline is so close we could even agree upon some $ if it would speed up the process.

When i logged to my computer my taskbar and icons start dissappearing after each 5 to 7 seconds and appear again for 5 to 7 seconds and this is happening all the i am using the computer and even when i open any explorer it also disappears with the taskbar and icons

Problem One:
Running Windows XP
I use AVG daily and remove adware.
Lately in the morning my computer is fine!
By afternoon (especially if I have to close the computer down and restart/reconnect to internet) I have a huge problem getting connected to the internet.
Either it says the other computer is not responding/the line is busy/and a few other error messages.
Once I do get connected (only in the afternoon) up comes the next problem.
I hit something in my preferences/bookmarks - and it wont come up, but, it does if I go to a search engine - type it in and go there (that is how I got to YA)... Anything internet *interactive* - videos/games/emails - all run very slow if at all.

Problem Two: I wanted to scan using House Call - but prompted I need to update Java and then that I need ActivX - neither will download no matter what I do!

I am the administrator at a small law firm. We have a large collection of forms and articles my bosses would like to be able to easily navigate through. I have created an HTML page on our network with several daughter pages that categorizes and organizes these documents, but I'd really like to add a search. Unfortunately, all the tools I see on the Internet to do this require me to upload these thousands of files somewhere. Is there something I can use to get the search box on this local page without having these files online? I would prefer to have a script type thing I can plug into my existing code so the box shows up like Google, not an extra utility my bosses must install and use separately. I'd also like to be able to configure the parameters and the way the results look. Any ideas?

My home network is running on a Linksys 4 port switch/router. XP, Vista, and 98 can acces the Internet, but only Vista and 98 can share files. When I start XP in safe mode with networking all three computers can share files. Please let me know if you have any ideas so I can fix this.

i just got my laptop and plugged it in and began setup of windows. during the setup, while i was answering questions, like what user name do i want for my administrator account and what do i want the screen background to be, in the middle of setup it came unplugged. i turned it back on after plugging it in and it opened right up to the windows opening. it didnt go back to the setup where it left off, i knew it wouldnt, but now i know its not gonna run right since it was never setup all the way, i interrupted the power source during initial setup and now i dont know what to do. it looks like it might be running right(im on the home desktop typing this) but how do i know? i know it never got a chance to setup all the way, because it was waiting for me to click "continue" before it became unplugged, which i didnt get to hit. anybody know how to restart everything from the absolute beginning? before setup?
