Macs don't even come with floppy disks anymore but i still see PCs with built floopy drives and PC users use floppies.

Or maybe it's a thing of the past but i'm not sure cause i don't use PCs.

What replaced the Floppies anyway? I don't use anything. i know Long time ago i used ZIP disks.. but i don't do any transfering by hand anymre. everything is by internet now.

I would like it to move a a pixel or two each time. I understand I need to use vbKeyUp, vbKeyDown, vbKeyLeft, vbKeyRight, but I don't understand how I am supposed to write the code. Say I am using Shape1 as the object I would like to move. What code do I have to write? Under what private sub? I need to introduce Keycode as integer? Why?

This happens randomly, there's a single click, and the computer freezes up. Rebooting brings it back to life. I've scanned for viruses, this definatly seems to be hardware related. Could it be the power supply.

My hard drive supposedly is in bad status. My startup screen is stating that. It was fine until my power supply went out. I replaced it and now it is scan disking and is only 10% complete reading bad file segments that are unreadable. I can't boot from a windows disc. Im not sure how to delete the partition to reinstall. I am running XP.

I have a HP laptop. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on? I've checked autoscroll but that didn't fix it, though I couldv'e done it wrong. I've rebooted, updated my anti-virus software, it's not my hand tapping on the mouse pad either. I've also reset to original settings, & nothing is working. My laptop worked fine this morning. I downloaded an upgrade to a software and changed my homepage settings today. After that nothing works. If anyone has any ideas on what to try I would really appreciate it!

Okay, so I have Fedora 8 & Windows XP MCE 2002 on my hard drive and I want to shrink the Fedora 8 partition and enlarge my XP partition. (BTW my fedora partition has nothing much on it, and I don't think shrinking it by about 10 GB will kill it, because the partition is about 55 GB and it only has about 5 GBs of files.) I want to increase my XP partition about 10 GB and I was wondering if enlarging a partition can result in file loss?

Hi, I've asked a lot of questions about how to play a movie from the computer to the DVD player. One guy recommended for me to use DVD flick to burn the movies into a dvd+R then try playing it in the DVD player. The problem is when I finish burning it with DVD flick then I put the dvd+R into the DVD player it tells me unknown disk.
What can I do about this problem please help me, thank you.

Why is it that my Quicktime program is using 90+% of my processor?

Its not even doing anything. Its only on the main title screen when i first open it. Its really slowing down my computer. Why would Quictime need to use so much for nothing? And how can i make it stop using it all?

Its not the startup i am getting at here. Its just Quicktime in general being retarded. I know how to turn it off and not make it start up.

I noticed that when its running (when i need it to) it was using all the processor. SO i stopped all the quicktime processes and just left the basic window up and its still using all off the processor. For what reason does it feel the need to use all my power to do nothing?

So if i want to watch a quicktime movie, its really choppy playback.

And yes, i have a 3.0ghz processor, 2gb ram, a very good video card, plenty of volts. My computer can handle it.

Just quicktime is being stupid and being very excessive.
