You don't mention whether they are in a domain environment, but if they are, you can create a sub-domain for your group of 10 systems and restrict access to the sub-domain. You need a master domain controller and domain controllers for the sub-domain. A good firewall setup would then enable you to block access to the internet for your sub-domain but not other systems. That would be something simple like disallowing any access between the sub-domain members and the gateway to your internet connection.

Your network admin should be able to help you with this.

Use the router to allow only the NIC addresses of the computers that need access. This will block computers at a basic level and will prevent NEW computers from gaining access.

You or your techs should know how to setup the router to do this.

There are only about 1000 ways to accomplish this.
Down and dirty, take out the gateway setting for the systems you don't want on the 'net.
Or, add an acl in the router/firewall/switch.
Or...Or....
I couldn't possibly list all the ways in one night.
