Generalist or Specialist?

Witch is better? To have a general knowledge of a wide field of computers (for example programing,html..) or to be a specialist in a specific field?

Each has its place in the world. You will find a mid-range job more often as a generalist. You might find a high-paying job as a specialist, but specialties often age as technology moves along. I can't answer your question for you. It depends on what you want to do.
