I bought Nero 7 premium , but when i try to install it my serial code doesn't work? So is there any way I can complete the installation without the code or find the code somewhere on the disc?

My monitor keeps popping up with a box saying "Auto Adjustment" and the screen shakes while the % bar counts up to 100%. It does this ALL THE TIME.....over and over and over! It's driving me insane!! I've gone through my monitor settings and the "Auto" function button is not stuck or anything. My monitor is a flat screen Samsung SyncMaster 720N, and I haven't even had it for a year yet. I got it last Christmas. Had anyone else had this problem? What is wrong? How can I fix it?!

I am having major trouble with my ipod nano. Last month i bought a new computer (with vista) and when i finally opened it i tried to get all my songs on my new computer. Right when i put the connector into the port all my songs instantly deleted.

I was wondering if anyone new how i could retrieve my songs or what i can do about this problem

Ps. I copied all of my 200 and something songs onto a flash drive and it won't open with anything besides itunes, why is that?

It seems like every time I google something, the first result is an about.com site. It always sounds informative, but every time I'm talked into clicking on it, it's very little info and a bunch of links that take you to more very little info and a bunch of links. I never find what I'm looking for on this site. Am I the only one who hates this site, or are there similarly frustrated people out there?

My mom spilled coffee on the computer which got all over the MB and RAM. The HD does still work as I tried it in another machine as a slave. I ordered a new MB, CPU and RAM. I would like to keep the HD as it is. I know windows blue screens trying to boot on a different machine.

How can I use this HD without reformatting? I have the Windows XP disk, any way at all to keep the drive the way it is now so I don't have to reinstall software, etc?

I have Outlook 2007, and the default setting was to delete the emails off Yahoo after downloading them into Outlook. But I didn't want to do that - is there any way to reverse this and get the emails BACK onto Yahoo??

Ok so my Dad keeps my internet time limited to an hour for “discipline”. But I go online anyway late at night. So my dad is this computer engineer and knows everything about computers and how they work. Sometimes he logs into my computer when I’m not home and checks at what I’ve been doing. He says he can see what sites I’ve been to and at whatever time. Thus, he catches me every time. Can someone tell me what they think he can look at to tell I’ve been online? Do you think he uses the temporary internet files or maybe my Comodo Firewall? How do I prevent this?

Ok so I have a wireless connection in my house right now, but I am not happy with the way it is setup. I have 2 Gateway Desktops, 1 is 3 years old the other is fairly new. The guy that hooked it up put the router upstairs on the older computer, and the newer computer is downstairs with a wireless receiver. The computer gets a Very Low-Low connection, although the internet is fairly fast. But lately I have been dissatisfied with the connection, and was thinking about moving the router and Cable modem downstairs and the wireless receiver upstairs. I was wondering if the computers would detect the wireless network, and all I would have to do is install the drivers for the router on the new computer and the receiver on the old computer. But maybe I'm wrong and would have to redo the entrie network. What should I do??

I have a friend who downloaded AVG Antivirus and as she was installing it, a pop up window came up and said in order to continue with the install she needed to update Roxio CD Creator. This makes no sense to me, so I am turning to Yahoo Answers for input. Why would an antivirus program require a cd creator/copy program to help run it? A virus within Roxio? Should she uninstall both and then reinstall AVG? Or is this something not even to worry about? She is deaf so she has no use for a cd creator/copier program, this program was already on there when she got the computer from me, it came preinstalled in the laptop.

Advertisements start just poping up to my window even if I don't use IE,, this has never happened before. I have the AVG, Awido anti spy , but I don't know how to stop it. when I left my computer on , more than 20 ads poped up . This is annoying .HELP!!!!
