I have a new laptop with a DVD burner but no software. I need something free that will bypass copywrite software. I am only intending to make copies of my own DVDs and not to sell bootleg. Anyone who has good ideas, I welcome your advice.

If you have Windows Media Center you can use that to burn dvd's. If you don't you can go to softpedia and search for "dvdshrink".
