I bought Nero 7 premium , but when i try to install it my serial code doesn't work? So is there any way I can complete the installation without the code or find the code somewhere on the disc?

It should be on the disk jacket or wrapper. You have to have it to finish the installation.

My Nero 6 messed up too! I could read at the top that it had the correct serial no. I uninstalled it,(with the unistall feature), went to Windows Explorer, and deleted the Program file, then deleted it from the Recycle Bin,(I was HOT!) I then re-installed the disk, and put the product key in, and viola! Was gettin' ready to use it for a frisbee, LOL! I have found a free download that may interest you: InfraRecorder

check the disc and your box and make sure you're using the right code. you have to have the code to install. if you're sure your code is correct, but it will not work, you'll need to contact customer service. you'll probably need a new code.
Also, make sure there are no other versions installed on your computer. if there are, uninstall it because you may be trying to activate the wrong version.

Basic Answer: No, usually the code is on the back of the owner's manual or on the back of the cd case. I know that there are websites where one could download the number but that is considered illegal and I wouldn't recommend doing that.

two things you can do, look for the code on the cd/case, textfile on the cd.
go to nero web site and ask them
