Im running windows vista here. Im supposed to get 768 kb a second but it seems slower. I whent on the speed test and there it was, it said im only running 368 kb per second. Im not downloading anything either so what do i do?

i did an online test and submission button had a print feature to make a hard copy that would i will have to send to the company. i did not have a printer attached and did a print to file. i tried printing the prn file here at work but get the ascii characters. can anyone help me here?

I was trying to install a cd into the slide of the pc and it fell into the pc--does anyone know how to retreive this cd-it fell out of the tray onto the inside of the pc. Can I turn it off and ge it out without harming the pc? Please help--the computer still works but I know it fell inside the tray and won't slide out when I push the button Many thanks for help!!!

I'm at work trying to print a color flyer from Publisher. When I send multiple copies to the printer, it only prints one. The copier will print multiple copies of other things such as an Xcel spreadsheet but it's only when I send multiple copies from Microsoft Publisher that it will only print one at a time. I need to make several hundred of the flyers and sure don't want to hit print and enter, several hundred times! Any ideas? I have a call in to the copier company but would rather not wait on them! Thanks for any help!

Hello I just started using a Linksys wired router BEFSR41, i believe its the v.4 version, but i am not sure. And i was wondering how can I add a computer to this router. I currently have my downstairs computer using it, and it's working fine, but I can't get my upstairs computer to get an internet connection using the wired router. Whenever I try to get the upstairs computer to get connected, it asks me to dial a number and i don't know what to dial, i put in my phone number but it doesn't work. Do i have to connect something from the phone to the router. or somehting from the upstairs computer to the router.

Okay, so I'm trying to setup a spreadsheet, and each time I enter a number, for instance, 270159633350, it converts it to 2.7016E+11, and I've tried formatting the cells, but its not working, and I'm not sure what I did. If anyones got any ideas, it would appreciated.

i keep getting a pop up saying my computer is making unauthorised copies of all my files! ive scanned with my avg antivirus and spyware and also with spybot and it appears to remove it but its still giving me popups saying click here to download anti spyware tool? something called winantivirus please please help me if you can
