i did an online test and submission button had a print feature to make a hard copy that would i will have to send to the company. i did not have a printer attached and did a print to file. i tried printing the prn file here at work but get the ascii characters. can anyone help me here?

I actually have a HP printer - without issues, fortuitously. Do you have a 'suggestions Centre' icon, or some thing comparable? i could try 2 issues, in the beginning flow to the HP internet site and seek on your printer's drivers ( you may not have the as much as date variations put in), deploy if mandatory.
